All cultures are dehydrated for safe shipping and will not be adversely affected during transit time. This allows us to confidently ship throughout the United States and Canada any time of year.
However, leaving your cultures to sit in a hot mailbox for days can certainly cause problems. We send a tracking number with each order and encourage you to retrieve your package as quickly as possible upon delivery.
