If your package hasn't been shipped yet, get in touch with us directly using the Submit a Request and we'll do our best to get that changed.
Once an order has been delivered to the shipping carrier, Cultures for Health is no longer responsible for the contents. We encourage customers to use the tracking information provided to track shipments and retrieve their items promptly.
Please note, starter cultures and some cheese making supplies (e.g. rennet) are sensitive to high temperatures. Please remove these items from the mailbox promptly and store them in the refrigerator or the freezer.
