If you aren't sure what the status of your order is, or if you never received your order, we definitely want to help you find it. To start, read through the information below.
No order confirmation received
Begin by checking your spam folder for messages from Cultures For Health. Order confirmations or tracking notifications are often sent there by mistake. If found, add Cultures for Health to your address book so that future emails won't be filtered.
No confirmation email? Check your payment method for a transaction. We process payment immediately. If you don't see a transaction, it means your order likely did not go through.
If you have a tracking number and it shows your package was delivered, have a look around your home. Packages can find their way under bushes, behind mailboxes, in carports, on back stoops, and more. Also contact your post office or UPS office (carrier will be identified in your tracking email) to see if they have information. Occasionally delivery notices will be misplaced.
If you are still unable to locate your package, use the Submit a Request button to send us a message. Once packages leave our warehouse they are fully in the hands of the carrier, but we'll do anything we can to make it right.
